Dr. Sukhwinder “Sukhy” Randhawa is a highly experienced surgical and aesthetic doctor known for his precision, integrity, and patient-centred approach. With over a decade of experience across multiple NHS and private surgical specialties, he brings advanced technical skill and a strong record of patient safety, supported by annual GMC appraisals and full professional revalidation.
Nationally and internationally trained in aesthetics and cosmetic surgery, Dr. Sukhy delivers natural, realistic results through a wide range of treatments—including injectables, fat-based fillers, liposuction, body contouring, fat transfer, and advanced suture-lifting facial-reshaping techniques.
Dr. Randhawa is a respected and recognised member of the General Medical Council, the British Medical Association, the Aesthetic Multispecialty Society, and the British Association of Cosmetic Surgeons, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence and high clinical standards.
Alongside his clinical practice, he teaches extensively as faculty for the Royal College of Surgeons Basic Surgical Skills Course and is part of the demonstrator team for the Future Surgeon Conference at one of London’s most prestigious universities.

Meet The Team
Specialist Ophthalmic & Oculoplastic Consultant
Professor Daniel Ezra is an internationally recognised authority on oculoplastic surgery and is a
consultant at the Adnexal Department at Moorfields Eye Hospital. At Moorfields he has held senior roles including those of training director, research lead and head of department for Oculoplastics.
He is also the Medical Director of Neo Healthcare, a large interdisciplinary head and neck clinic in the Harley Street area of Central London. Daniel specialises in all aspects of cosmetic and reconstructive eyelid surgery and has a particular interest in primary and revision blepharoplasty surgery and the management of filler related complications. His NHS Practice is focused reconstruction of complex craniofacial deformity as well as facial movement disorders and lacrimal disease.
Daniel graduated from Cambridge and London Universities with degrees in Medicine and the History and Philosophy of Science, winning several prizes and awards. After initial experience in Neurology and Neurosurgery, he undertook higher surgical training at Moorfields Eye Hospital. Daniel’s subspecialist expertise in functional and aesthetic surgery was developed over several years through advanced subspecialty training at Moorfields Eye Hospital and as an Interface Fellow in Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery in Nottingham.
Daniel’s research into eyelid laxity led to a doctorate (M.D. degree) which was awarded the Sir Lionel Whitby Medal and Prize by the University of Cambridge for a thesis of ‘exceptional merit’. This research was also awarded the Syme Medal by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. His subsequent research as an NIHR Clinical Lecturer was awarded further prizes including the ESOPRS award, BOPSS award, British Thyroid Association prizes. His has also been shortlisted for national awards on numerous occasions for best surgical result and has been Highly Commended
Physiotherapist
As our course co-ordinator Dave has a background of 7 years working as a Physiotherapist.
As such he brings a background in anatomy and physiology as well as experience in injecting. He has experience in the NHS, private and professional sport. Alongside working as a Physiotherapist Dave discovered an interest in Aesthetics and found his background knowledge to be a smooth transition. He believes in natural subtle corrections and that an aesthetically enhanced look should not be obvious. One of his favourite things about working in Aesthetics is an improved work life balance.

Elizabeth Murphy is a senior medical secretary who has worked in the NHS for over 20 years.
Her dedicated and patient focused experience enables the smooth and efficient running of the client’s administrative journey alongside the clinical journey.
Oncoplastic Breast Surgeon
Dr. Chris Hoo is an Oncoplastic Breast Surgeon mainly based at Belfast City Hospital within the Belfast
Dr. Hoo’s Plastic Surgery training took place in Northern Ireland, complemented by fellowships in Newcastle and Liverpool. His expertise lies in breast reconstruction procedures, particularly for patients recovering from breast cancer or dealing with congenital conditions affecting breast symmetry.
In addition to breast reconstruction, Dr. Hoo offers services in breast and body aesthetic surgery, as well as the treatment of skin lumps and cancers. He also provides non-surgical interventions to address various cosmetic concerns.
Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Hoo is deeply engaged in teaching and medico-political advocacy. He actively participates in educating pre-medical, undergraduate, and post-graduate trainees. Furthermore, Dr. Hoo holds positions on several committees within the British Medical Association, where he advocates for better working conditions and supports fellow doctors in their professional endeavors.

Mr Irshad has gained extensive experience in his field of excellence expanding over 30 years in Surgical and allied Specialties.
He resides in full-time Private practice and is Co-Director of his own Hospital, since leaving his work within the NHS his main areas of excellence are in Cosmetic Surgical procedures including Breast and Body.
Initially trained in Pakistan 1987- 1993 before gaining his fellowship from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow in 1994. He was trained in west of Scotland in surgical and allied specialties before starting private practice in 2006. He also has extensive knowledge and experience in Vascular and Endovascular Treatments of Aortic and peripheral vascular disease. He has written numerous publications, book chapters and presented at National / International Meetings and Conferences. His special area of interest is breast surgery and body Sculpturing (Liposculpture and Vaser Liposuction)
